We use your information solely to provide transportation services, send booking confirmations and updates, process payments, and communicate service-related information. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Payment Processing
DET accepts multiple payment methods handled as follows:
- Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Stripe's privacy policy applies to these transactions.
- Zelle and Venmo payments are processed directly as peer-to-peer bank transfers and are not subject to third-party payment processing by DET. These transactions are governed by the respective terms of service of Zelle and Venmo/PayPal.
DET does not store credit card numbers or banking information on its systems.
Data Security
Your information is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable U.S. privacy regulations.
Communications
If you receive marketing or promotional communications from DET and wish to opt out, reply with the word STOP and we will promptly remove you from our mailing list. Transactional messages related to confirmed bookings or active service agreements are not subject to opt-out.
