Cancellation Policy

At Domínguez Executive Transport, we understand that schedules change. The following policy applies to all bookings made through our website, booking system, or direct communication.

Standard Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours before pickup: No charge.
  • Less than 24 hours before pickup: Subject to a cancellation fee up to the full trip amount.
  • No-shows: Full trip amount charged.

Airport Transfer Cancellations

We monitor all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please contact us immediately at +1 (646) 544-6326. We will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.

Corporate Account Cancellations

Corporate clients are subject to the cancellation terms outlined in their service agreement. Please refer to your contract for specific terms.

Force Majeure

Dominguez Luxury Rides LLC reserves the right to cancel service due to severe weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged.
