Cancellation & Service Policy

This policy governs all bookings made through our website, booking system, or direct communication.
Standard Cancellation
More than 24 hours before pickup: no charge. Less than 24 hours before pickup: subject to a cancellation fee up to the full trip amount. No-shows: full trip amount charged.
Airport Transfers
We monitor flights in real time. If your flight is delayed or cancelled, contact us at (832) 271-3259 and we will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.
Corporate Accounts
Corporate clients follow the cancellation terms outlined in their service agreement.

Force Majeure
We reserve the right to cancel service due to severe weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Additional Service Terms
After-hours surcharge: +$25 (11 PM–5 AM). Holiday surcharge: +$35 (designated federal holidays).
