What areas do you serve?
Houston and the greater metro — including The Woodlands, the Energy Corridor, Spring, Sugar Land and Katy — plus both airports, George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) and Hobby (HOU).
Do you track my flight?
Yes. We monitor your flight in real time and adjust your pickup automatically for delays or early arrivals — no waiting, no missed pickups.
What vehicle will I ride in?
Your ride is our signature black Cadillac Escalade with a professional, bilingual chauffeur. For larger groups or additional availability, we also offer premium SUVs — such as the GMC Yukon Denali and Chevrolet Suburban — provided by our vetted partner chauffeurs and held to the same DET standard.
How does pricing work?
Fixed, upfront rates — no surge pricing. A flat after-hours surcharge (+$25, 11 PM–5 AM) and holiday surcharge (+$35, designated federal holidays) may apply and are always disclosed in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay (securely via Stripe), as well as Zelle and Venmo.
What is your cancellation policy?
More than 24 hours before pickup: no charge. Less than 24 hours: up to the full trip amount. No-shows are charged in full. If your flight is delayed or cancelled, we’ll reschedule at no extra charge.
Are your chauffeurs bilingual?
Yes — we serve Houston’s diverse community in both English and Spanish.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes. We provide corporate accounts with centralized billing and priority scheduling for attorneys, energy professionals and executive teams.
Can you handle weddings and special events?
Absolutely. We offer custom event transportation — including decorating the vehicle, a personalized sign, multiple stops and more. Request a quote and we’ll build it with you.
